Scope.
The STARFACE White Label system delivers a package of features that meet all of your customers’ usual business telephony requirements. Besides classic functions like call swapping, forwarding, and connecting to persons or groups, White Label also includes features such as caller prioritization, concurrent calls and teleconferences. Nor does it stop there; it also enable mobile work with a soft client and app.
The package also includes integration of telephony in your software applications and Outlook, chatting with coworkers, sending of text messages, and a host of other useful capabilities such as videoconferencing with document and screen sharing and whiteboard functions.
All benefits of the White Label solution
The purchased White Label license includes a softphone client for Windows and Mac as well as a mobile telephony client for iOS (including Apple Watch) and Android. The licenses are open-ended and cover the maximum number of extensions that the licensee is able to install. We offer staggered prices for software licenses. A call center module integrating all of the usual functions is separately available.
The STARFACE White Label telephone system can be flexibly customized with your name, colors, logos, and much more. Also included as standard features:
- Your own domain or subdomain
- You own banner in the Web interface
- Your own logo in the client
Your choice of colors in the software and your own softphone client (iPhone and Android) in the app stores.
Other modifications, like special ring tones or end devices, can be added at any time; they are charged based on the incurred costs.
It is mandatory to conclude a monthly support and maintenance contract.
STARFACE also offers you an optional one-day on-site course for employees or system partners, including training documents. The course is designed as a workshop that can be flexibly modified to address participants’ particular needs.
