STARFACE Cloud for companies with up to 3000 employees
With STARFACE Cloud, users have the full STARFACE scope of functions as with the STARFACE appliances and the VM Edition. STARFACE partners are responsible for sales, with supporting central marketing campaigns.
The UCC Premium Client and the STARFACE modules can be bought as a license or rented on a monthly basis.
Two sales models for STARFACE Cloud
STARFACE offers two different sales models – the first is “STARFACE Cloud”, with a direct contractual relationship between STARFACE and the user. A STARFACE partner is always included as system support, and receives a share in turnover for their services.
The second variant is the “STARFACE Cloud Reseller”, where the contractual relationship is between the STARFACE partner and the end customer. In this case, the STARFACE partner charges the customer directly.
STARFACE UP: The cloud solution for start-ups and small companies
We offer STARFACE UP for small installations with up to 10 users. Compared with the full version, STARFACE UP has a reduced scope of functions and can be booked directly with a minimum booking period of one month. With just a few clicks, customers receive a professional business telephone system with up to 20 phone numbers. All functions such as mailbox, chat and video conferencing can be set up easily via the app and without any IT knowledge. STARFACE UP runs exclusively online, and modules cannot be added. Only STARFACE Connect can be used as an SIP trunk.
