In the second part of our report on STARFACE modules, we are looking at 3rd-party modules for the STARFACE telephone systems. Some of the STARFACE partners have built up comprehensive expertise in the development of modules over the last few years and are making their modules accessible to the STARFACE community. Thus, in the case of necessity, not every partner has to develop a module whose functions have already been available for a long time.

Integration of STARFACE in Microsoft Teams
The module “STARFACE Integration for Microsoft Teams“ enables STARFACE customers to access the UCC functionality of the IP system from the usual Microsoft Teams interface and to merge the presence and call list information from both platforms.
Insight Analytics provides you with an insight into the world of your communication data and enables you to connect it with countless other data sources (such as ERP and CRM systems). Live data from agents and queues become interactive dashboards. Call list information enables historical analyses.
