Precise call summary
Transcribe, summarize, tag.
STARFACE 10 creates a precise call summary at the push of a button and assigns relevant keywords. The summary can be reviewed, edited and annotated directly in the app so tasks, decisions and to‑dos are captured immediately. Consistent tags ensure fast retrieval and reliable analysis in search and reporting. If required, the full transcript view can also be displayed — but the focus remains on the summary, tagging and their efficient downstream processing.

AI-powered speech analysis
Digital assistant (IVR).
Thanks to AI-powered speech analysis, the digital assistant recognizes callers’ needs and automatically routes them to the best-qualified contact—no rigid menus or key presses required. Users simply state their request in natural language and reach their destination faster.

Smart Bot
STARFACE iQueue.
The smart bot for STARFACE’s own call-queue module iQueue greets callers, asks targeted, customizable standard questions, and collects the key information before the conversation—e.g., customer number, issue, or callback request.

STARFACE Hub
Cloud platform for STARFACE AI services.
The new STARFACE Hub is a dedicated cloud platform through which STARFACE 10 users can selectively access the AI services they need. Administrators decide which users are permitted to use which AI services.

oAuth
Security at the highest level.
Security is a top priority in STARFACE 10. Access for both users and administrators is granted exclusively via the OAuth authentication method. External identity providers can be configured for authentication in the apps and on the server. Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign‑On (SSO) can be used through external identity providers such as Entra, Microsoft, Google, STARFACE (via STARFACE Hub), or your own Keycloak.

For Windows und macOS
Redesigned app.
The STARFACE app has been thoroughly redesigned. Login now uses OAuth. For the first time in version 10, the traditional function keys have been removed — all functionality is now available via widgets. Favorites have a new layout. A new “Transcripts” workspace has been added, where AI-generated summaries and transcriptions appear.
More new features and benefits.
A large portion of the administration area in STARFACE 10 has been overhauled both technically and visually. Redesigned sections include System Status, Phone Numbers, Reporting, Security and Advanced Settings (e.g., XMPP).
Also new for administrators is an overview of app versions and phone firmware: all app versions and handset firmware used on the PBX are displayed here in a clear, consolidated view.
A wide range of new devices are now supported for STARFACE 10. Highlights include the Snom Hospitality phones (HD100, HD101, HD350W, HD351W, and HM201) as well as the Gigaset desk phone P810. Zero-touch provisioning to the cloud via the STARFACE Partner Portal now works for the Gigaset P series. The firmware for Yealink phones T41P, T42G, T46G, and T48G has been updated, allowing these (older) models to continue being auto-provisioned in the cloud.
For users who make calls exclusively from endpoints (e.g., on industrial shop floors or in medical/care settings), STARFACE 10 will introduce a Light User option for STARFACE Cloud starting January 2026.
