STARFACE’s & estos’ Com.vention successfully celebrated its premiere from September 25 to 26 at Europa-Park Rust. As a successor event to the STARFACE Kongress and the estos Partner Summit, the new joint event had big shoes to fill – and did so successfully! Our thanks go to all the approximately 600 participants from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland who were present to discover all the important news from the STARFACE and estos universe.
Our partners enjoyed an exclusive program over two days with interesting presentations and numerous workshops revolving around our products. Additionally, there was the traditional exhibition, where industry partners from the ITC sector and our partners presented their latest products, modules, and solutions within our ecosystem.
Looking back at Com.vention 2024
Visitors were greeted with an attractive program featuring presentations, workshops, and networking opportunities. Moreover, 35 exhibiting companies from the industry presented their innovations related to VoIP, UCC, and the STARFACE ecosystem at the Com.vention 2024.
Furthermore, the Hackathon offered the opportunity to exchange ideas with like-minded individuals from our community and develop unique solutions. For those interested without deep technical knowledge, a corresponding crash course for beginners was offered before the start of the Hackathon this year as well.
For us, everything related to the upcoming major release STARFACE 9 was, of course, in focus. Particularly, the new security features and the integration of OpenAI into our module system were highlighted. With the latter, AI-supported speech and text services like ChatGPT and voicebots can now also be connected to STARFACE. But there was a lot more to discover: Com.vention 2024 also featured workshops and presentations from our STARFACE apps team, our sales and marketing teams, as well as from our partner network.

A new chapter
The Com.vention 2024 was truly a milestone. STARFACE and estos have been part of the STARFACE Group for two years now and have gained significant momentum during this time. Our two strong networks came together, exchanged knowledge, received news, and took away new impulses for their business. Good news: The joint event will return to Europa-Park Rust on the 24th and 25th of September 2025!
